Teneika A. Gravely MSN, FNP-BC Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Teneika’s personal journey through Weight Loss, BHRT, Anti-Aging, and Functional Medicine mirrors the struggles of those she now supports at TAG Family NP. Having faced challenges such as weight issues, hormonal imbalances, and brain fog, she experienced the frustrations of ineffective treatments until discovering the transformative potential of anti-aging and functional medicine.

Received training with BHRT Academy and actively pursuing a fellowship in Anti-Aging Metabolic Medicine with American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Teneika remains dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of innovative healthcare. As a proud member of Seeds Scientific Research and Performance, she holds a Peptide Clinical Therapy Certification, showcasing her expertise in this emerging field.

Do you accept insurance?

At TAG Family NP, we operate on a cash-pay basis for personalized care and flexibility, avoiding insurance constraints. This approach allows us to focus on innovative medical services tailored to your health goals, invest in education and research, and reduce administrative burdens. While we don’t accept insurance, we welcome all major credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA, After Pay, and to ensure accessible and high-quality care.

Is the service you provide private and secure?

Absolutely! Our telehealth services are fully secure. We prioritize your privacy and protection by utilizing HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and software. Your confidentiality and the security of your health information are of utmost importance to us.

Are supplemental therapies included in my treatment plan?

Certainly. Your healthcare provider may suggest additional therapies, medications, and/or supplements as part of your overall treatment strategy.

What is BHRT and how does it work?

“BHRT stands for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. It uses hormones that are chemically identical to those your body produces naturally to balance your hormone levels and alleviate symptoms related to hormonal imbalances.”
